BAINA Cashmere operates two specialized factories dedicated to cashmere fiber dehairing—Hebei Shufu Dehairing Factory and Erenhot Dehairing Factory in Inner Mongolia. These facilities are committed to transforming premium raw materials into high-purity, high-quality cashmere fibers, providing ideal raw material support for downstream production. With years of industry experience and advanced dehairing equipment, our dehairing process is meticulous and efficient, effectively removing impurities and coarse fibers to ensure that each batch of cashmere fiber is soft, delicate, pure, and highly durable.

Since 1986, the company has focused on the production and dehairing of cashmere fibers, gradually evolving into a comprehensive enterprise that integrates raw material dehairing, spinning, and knitting production. In 2004, we established our first modern dehairing factory, featuring a dehairing workshop, 45 employees, 70 Qingdao Model 186 carding machines, and 1 Model 272 opening machine, continuously supplying high-quality cashmere raw materials to the global market.

As our business continues to expand, in 2025, we built a second dehairing factory in Erenhot, Inner Mongolia. This new facility includes one dehairing workshop, 36 employees, 40 Qingdao Model 186 carding machines, and 2 Model 272 opening machines, better serving the growing global demand for premium cashmere raw materials.

Our company has been engaged in the cashmere business since 1986, initially supplying cashmere fibers to world-renowned cashmere yarn manufacturers such as Todd & Duncan in Scotland and Carriage in Italy. We have always upheld the values of environmental protection and sustainable development, continuously optimizing our production processes to offer customers premium cashmere raw materials and specialized solutions.
